it looks like this

i aint no professional overclocker or review writer. but i can give a few heads up about this graphics card.
this is my first Nvidia card. well its a CNF3 model $111
CNF2 models are cheaper $70.
i dont know the difference. anybody who knows please tell me by adding a comment.

well is a low profile card. no external molex pins are needed. and 300 w smps supplying power to motherboard will be enough.

as per my experience it has upto date compatibilities but it is a bit costly for its performance.

windows ratings :it gives a 6.3 for gaming n 3D graphics in a win7 64bit OS
i have done some editing using sony vegas pro..and now i see the use of it.
well it sucked at playing games at full resolution.
but the 2GB wont count for the gaming needs.
i can do a wonderful rendering job.
conclusion
if you are a gamer and looking for a good around $100 card dont even think of it.
if you are a designer or a musician or you like editing videos. its quite a decent choice for its price.

here is a detail using a gpu application
